I stayed at Elloe Lodge twice last year and Michael and Luca were incredibly welcoming and made sure I would be comfortable staying there. The breakfast was amazing and considering I have multiple allergies (dairy, certain fruit etc) and I am coeliac (gluten free diet) - they went above and beyond to provide me a safe and tasty breakfast. Bedroom was lovely and will definitely be visiting them again when I need to be in the area. Can't recommend them enough.

This is our second stay at this delightful accommodation. We were personally greeted back by Michael and Luca as if we were long-lost family. We were given the same room as last year and immediately noticed there were some minor but delightful improvements. They have investigated heavily in redecorating the interior, most noticeable the beautiful red carpet on the staircase and landing leading to all bedrooms. It grat to be back and looking forward to the rest of my holidays. Rooms: Modern and yet kept in the steel of the house, very comfortable, plenty of day light through the large windows which also overlook a wonderful and well kept Englisch garden, a. must have for romantics

I've had total of 6 stays in this place and every time, they always made sure that I will feel at home, comfortable, and relaxed! The place is also very accessible to the shops, restaurants and takeaway. They are also very kind to drop you off wherever you need to. (If you don't have a car). No problems with the internet. Very fast. Nice breakfast! Big thanks to Michael & Luca for everything!

This a excellent bed and breakfast that I would highly recommend ,room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable and the hosts were very accomadatin and professional. Breakfast was very good obviously using quality produce, would definitely stay here again.

Delightful place ! My 2nd stay !! Lovely clean, comfortable room. Luxurious bedding. Michael & Luca are the perfect hosts providing a very warm welcome. Rooms: Comfortable bed with quality bedding. Tea, coffee and mineral water provided. Spotlessly clean facilities. Walkability: Short 5 minute walk to the centre of Holbeach.

Fab B&B for cyclists. 3 of us stayed. Rooms were good. Bikes were stored in a locked shed. Good Indian around the corner and/or Pubs in the village for food. Excellent breakfast.

What a perfect gem of a place in Holbeach. Fantastic hosts, very accomodating to some last minute changes to our stay which I had to organise in the transit lounge in Melbourne Airport. You guys certainly made our family reunion get off to a great start. Thanks so much once again. Angela & Robin.

I had a great stay, the house and the room were gorgeous. The breakfast was customisable and very yummy. The hosts are so welcoming, and they really put attention into details to make everything perfect!
