I rang to ask if they could mend my Dyson and the man asked what had happened . He gave me an idea of what to try and I am pleased to say it worked. He could have told me to take it In and make a charge for a simple problem. I am so grateful and would recommend this company for being so helpful and honest. Thank you xx

Repaired a split hose on our DC04 Dyson with reclaimed part for a very modest charge.

My Dyson was around 4 years old but gave up on me last week. It had had a lot of heavy use (we have a dog who often brings in half the garden on his feet!). We took it in to these lovely repairers in Holbeach and, picking it up today a few days later, I was really pleased to see it in pristine condition again! It had a deep clean and a new hose. I was even more amazed when I went to use it this afternoon and instead of having to really put effort into using it it as before now it just glided along our floors! Ahh! While we were there we also bought a refurbished Dyson they had on sale for us to keep upstairs which was also in pristine condition. So, all in all a very good day and a very good business that does not disappoint. Would highly recommend!

Half a year ago I gave a vacuum cleaner for repair here, I've been there twice, parts are needed and it will be there in a week. Today I went for the third time and found out that parts are needed and next week the vacuum cleaner will be done. Half a year has passed. I took the vacuum cleaner, but they should pay me for gas because I'm from Spalding. I do not recommend.

Great service, very helpful staff. Popped in with our shark hoover on Saturday and it was looked at straight away. Unfortunately it was beyond repair but they were very helpful helping us find a replacement. No pressure and didn't feel rushed to make a decision. Highly recommend.
