We bought a beautiful pink and white striped rose for our lovely neighbour Jean who's daughter died suddenly this October at the age of 49. In memory of her, her name was Alex, we bought a rose called 'Just Alex'. It arrived as promised, gift wrapped as ordered with a lovely dedicated card. Carefully boxed and packaged, a very healthy potted rose arrived that I'm sure will grow and flourish for many years and hopefully bring some happiness to Jean when thinking of Alex.

I bought a bare rooted rose in memory of my dear brother who died in January this year. Edwards rose. Also bought one for his wife and daughter. Cant recommend this company enough. Not only did I recieve healthy roses that were well packaged but also detailed instructions. It is now in flower and makes me smile each time I pass by.

Style Roses are indeed top of the range. I bought a 'double delight', bush last summer. It arrived with eleven buds and blooms. It's blooming right now again. Two others from different farms died. That is clearly the difference. I'm sticking with Style Roses, 💯% 👌🏼🌹🙌🏼

I am a repeated customer of Style Roses and what blooming marvellous roses they have supplied. Absolutely delighted with all my roses I got from them. Customer service is excellent and also I can choose my delivery date. What more can I ask for!

Terrible experience Roses ordered died. Claimed one was due to weather. Refused a refund! Instead, provided a voucher that expired before my family could use it. We checked multiple times for replacements. The company has since claimed that the items were restocked and online. If true why not save your customers the headache and additional shipping expenses and just send the replacements out if you know when they will be restocked. Recently, when we contacted the company about the order not being resolved the owner did not provide any solution (see reply below not offering any solution). We then followed up again following this email to request some form of solution if a refund is not possible (like it is with most reputable companies). The owner has not replied. Instead of replying to us to resolve the matter the owner just posts a reply to our comments on Trustpilot. Here’s the reply from the owner/company: “The voucher was offered in good faith for roses that died, one of which was weather-related and is not covered by a free replacement guarantee, however, we covered this with a voucher. Both of the roses which you originally ordered have been for sale again over the season and therefore the appropriate replacement could have been found with the exact replacement. We will not credit any payment directly into a bank account.”

First time I have bought any roses from Style Roses and have to say they really did not disappoint in any aspect. Delivery was super fast and packaging sturdy/well wrapped..price was good value and the bush was in tip top condition. My Abracadabra rose has flourished and has produced the beautiful vibrant dark reds and yellows, to the exact colour in stock photos. Highly recommend this company to all. I would definitely use them again, thank you so much. One very happy customer :)

Telephoned my order through this morning and collected at lunch. Absolutely excellent service and the rose Claire Austin was in the best condition I've seen by far. We have been to numerous garden centres and was glad I held out a few weeks for this one at style roses. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to buy from here in the future.

My rose arrived well packaged and with clear care instructions. Style Roses were extremely helpful with personal advice about where and when to plant out. In its third season it is thriving and already full of buds. I also sent one as a gift to a friend and she was delighted. Ideal for a special occasion gift especially when you can’t deliver in person. I would definitely use them again.
