I need a sight health check called in and go an appointment the same day. Staff really helpful partially the optician who had a great manner and explained things very well.

Absolutely blown away with my experience here this time. Usually, when we go in for my sons appointment, the opticians are extremely impatient and claim my sons prescription hasn't changed. He is autistic and has a learning disability. But the lady we saw this time, (I didn't catch her name but I'll be requesting it and its not clear on the prescription card) she was the most patient person I've ever witnessed with him, always making sure he could see and wasn't getting overwhelmed, she even changed the lettering to single letters rather than the line as she could see he was struggling. Imo she went above and beyond for my son, and I'll always be grateful for this. I'm hoping we can request her in the future 🙏

Thank you to all the team, super helpful, great customer service. I decided to change my frames after getting them home, specsavers stood by there no quibble guarantee and I was able to change them immediately.

Accompanied my wife here for a Sunday morning appointment. A nicer and more friendly staff, you could not wish for, the two staff in the shop area were both exceptionally good. Everything ran like clockwork, the preliminary tests were conducted within just a few minutes of arriving, then a very short wait before seeing the optician. Having not been in to an opticians for very many years myself, I was amazed at how much things have changed, which clearly would be the same at any opticians I would say, but what really stood out here was the level of customer care. I was not expecting a national Company to be so switched on & welcoming. Tests completed, on to choosing frames and then get measured for individual fitted frames that will be ready in a few weeks. I am not sure if this is representative of all Specsavers Branches, but certainly the Holbeach team are a credit to the Company & doing sterling work. I was, and I am, very impressed. Just to eliminate doubt, I have never met, nor know any of the staff at this Branch, prior to our visit on Sunday.
